"We initially met Caroline when we attended a first-time home buyer's seminar in October 2020. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with great information. We could tell she was genuine and passionate about helping new buyers. So when we started our home search in January 2021, we reached out to Caroline. She listened to all of our wants/needs and concerns. If she didnt know the answer to a question, she never hesitated to reach out to other professionals to provide us with the most accurate information. She was actively engaged throughout our home buying process and always had our best interest at heart. For every issue that came up, she always had a plan A, B and C. Even through the ups and downs, she was able to guide us in the right direction, until we reached our closing. Caroline was dedicated to helping me find what I was looking for and what was going to be a wise decision. I really appreciated how client-centered she is. "I cannot recommend Caroline Vansevenant with EXP Realty enough! My mom and I were searching for a home in Orlando, and Caroline made what could have been a stressful process into such a positive and smooth experience.While I was on vacation, I came across some homes in St. Cloud. On less than a day’s notice, Caroline arranged showings and guided us through them. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the Orlando area and took the time to walk us through the pros and cons of resales versus new construction, helping us understand what would truly work best for our situation and what would get us the best deal in today’s market.As a millennial and an avid researcher, I ask a LOT of questions. I want to make informed decisions, especially about something as big as buying a home. Caroline handled every single question (and there were many!) with patience, professionalism, and honesty.
